Black Tea

 Black teas are the most popular teas in the western world. The Dutch introduced black tea to Europe in the 1600s. The European aristocracy embraced the new beverage, building a meal and social gatherings around it. Black teas are fully oxidized and contain caffeine. Flavor profiles range from strong robust flavors of black licorice and caramel to light floral notes. Sri Lanka, India, China and Kenya has fabulous black teas.
